Finding Connection Through Shared Experience

Adult Child Loss Support Groups

The death of a child—no matter their age—is a loss beyond words. Our Child Loss Support Groups offer a compassionate space for parents and mothers to share their stories, honor their children’s memory, and find understanding among others who truly know this pain. Each group is guided by care, connection, and the belief that healing is possible when we walk beside one another.

We offer monthly virtual support groups for adults, held via Zoom. These gatherings provide a safe and compassionate space for adults who are navigating the death of a loved one.

Before joining, we’ll schedule a short phone conversation to learn more about your story and help you connect with the group that feels most comfortable and supportive for you..

  • A quick call lets you share a few details and your availability. Gail will schedule a brief phone conversation with our Grief Director, Laurie Taylor, to help you get started.

  • You’ll have a short, compassionate conversation so Laurie can understand your needs. Together, you’ll choose the group that’s the best fit for you.

  • You’ll receive an email from hope @ mytgriefandloss.com with a calendar invitation and simple instructions to join your Zoom group. Add it to your calendar and you’ll be ready to attend.
