Finding Connection Through Shared Experience
Connection & Healing Adult Loss Support Groups
No one should have to grieve alone. Our Connection & Healing Groups bring together adults who share similar experiences of loss, offering space for understanding, comfort, and hope.
We offer monthly virtual support groups for adults, held via Zoom. These gatherings provide a safe and compassionate space for adults who are navigating the death of a loved one.
Before joining, we’ll schedule a short phone conversation to learn more about your story and help you connect with the group that feels most comfortable and supportive for you.
How to Join a Connection & Healing Adult Loss Support Group
-
A quick call lets you share a few details and your availability. Gail will schedule a brief phone conversation with our Grief Director, Laurie Taylor, to help you get started.
-
You’ll have a short, compassionate conversation so Laurie can understand your needs. Together, you’ll choose the group that’s the best fit for you.
-
You’ll receive an email from hope@mygriefandloss.com with a calendar invitation and simple instructions on how to join your Zoom group. Add it to your calendar and you’ll be ready to attend.
