Finding Connection Through Shared Experience

Spouse or Partner Loss Support Groups

Grieving the death of a spouse or partner can change every part of life. Our Spouse and Partner Loss Support Groups offer a place of understanding, comfort, and hope—where you can share your story with others who truly understand. Whether your loss is recent or years past, these gatherings provide a compassionate space to find connection and healing.

We offer monthly virtual support groups for adults, held via Zoom. These gatherings provide a safe and compassionate space for adults who are navigating the death of a loved one.

Before joining, we’ll schedule a short phone conversation to learn more about your story and help you connect with the group that feels most comfortable and supportive for you.

  • A quick call lets you share a few details and your availability. Gail will schedule a brief phone conversation with our Grief Director, Laurie Taylor, to help you get started.

  • You’ll have a short, compassionate conversation so Laurie can understand your needs. Together, you’ll choose the group that’s the best fit for you.

  • You’ll receive an email from hope @ mytgriefandloss.com with a calendar invitation and simple instructions to join your Zoom group. Add it to your calendar and you’ll be ready to attend.
