Monthly Support Group Calendar

Our grief support groups meet at the same time each month, creating a familiar rhythm of connection and care. Whether you join once or come regularly, you’ll find comfort in knowing that others are walking this journey alongside you.

All adult groups meet virtually via Zoom from 6:30–8:00 p.m. CST, and each is facilitated by Laurie Taylor, our compassionate Director of the Center, who provides guidance and understanding.

Finding Connection Through Shared Experience

Adult Support Groups

Grieving the death of someone you love takes time, care, and connection. Our Adult Support Groups provide a place of understanding where you can share your story, listen to others, and find comfort in knowing you’re not alone. Each group brings together adults who share similar experiences of loss—whether that loss is of a child, partner, family member, or close friend. Guided by compassion and hope, we walk beside one another as we learn to rebuild life after loss.

We offer monthly virtual support groups for adults, held via Zoom. These gatherings provide a safe and compassionate space for adults who are navigating the death of a loved one.

Before joining, we’ll schedule a short phone conversation to learn more about your story and help you connect with the group that feels most comfortable and supportive for you.

  • A quick call lets you share a few details and your availability. Gail will schedule a brief phone conversation with our Grief Director, Laurie Taylor, to help you get started.

  • You’ll have a short, compassionate conversation so Laurie can understand your needs. Together, you’ll choose the group that’s the best fit for you.

  • You’ll receive an email from hope @ mytgriefandloss.com with a calendar invitation and simple instructions to join your Zoom group. Add it to your calendar and you’ll be ready to attend.
